Ring Resizing Policy

We are happy to offer ring resizing on full-price ring purchases, when resizing is possible.

Eligibility

♡ Ring resizing is available only on rings purchased at full price.
♡ Rings purchased on sale or with any discount code are not eligible for resizing.
♡ If a ring is resizable, this will be noted in the product listing. If you’re unsure, you are always welcome to reach out before purchasing.

Resizing Details

♡ All resizing is completed by a trusted, highly skilled bench jeweler.
♡ Resizing is subject to the structural integrity and design of the ring. Not all rings can be resized beyond a certain range.
♡ Due to the age and original construction of antique and vintage rings, resizing may carry inherent risks, though every care is taken during the process.

Cost

♡ Making a ring smaller:
One complimentary resize is included and covered by us.

♡ Making a ring larger:
Due to the cost of gold, a $50 resizing fee will be required. Any remaining resizing cost will be covered by us.

♡ Only one complimentary resize is included per eligible ring.

Timing

♡ Resized rings require additional time before shipping. Please allow 2–3 weeks from purchase for resizing and preparation.
♡ Resizing timelines are estimates and may vary slightly depending on the jeweler’s schedule and the complexity of the work.

Sizing Responsibility

♡ Customers are responsible for providing their correct ring size at checkout. We are always happy to help with sizing questions prior to purchase.

Final Sale After Resizing

♡ Once a ring has been resized, it becomes final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
