MDJ committed to sourcing only authentic items, clearly marked or exhibiting strong characteristics of authenticity, and purchases exclusively from reputable sources. MDJ strives to provide the highest quality products, and our goal is your satisfaction. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we will make every effort to resolve the issue and will gladly accept the item back with a full refund.

SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE AND CANNOT BE RETURNED. 

Please note: MDJ does NOT accept returns based on buyer’s remorse. Each item is thoroughly described in detail and carefully photographed to ensure clarity and transparency, so we encourage you to review all information before completing your purchase. 

Return Process:

• To initiate a return, please email MDJ at mydarlingjulietantiques@gmail.com with purchase details and details on reason for return. 
• Returns must be made within 5 days from the date of delivery.
• The item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all tags or packaging intact.
• You will be responsible for all return shipping fees, and we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot be held responsible for items that are lost or damaged during the return process.

Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund within 5 business days.
