Shipping policy
I strive to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible, typically within 3 business days. However, please note that since I do not keep inventory on-site, there may be occasional delays. I do not ship on weekends, so please account for this when planning your order.
At this time, I only ship to U.S. addresses and do not offer international shipping. I appreciate your understanding!
Additionally, I do not ship to freight forwarding companies based in the U.S. that forward packages overseas. Unfortunately, these types of transactions often involve a higher risk of fraud, and Shopify flags these orders as "high risk," which offers no seller protections.
Any orders identified as high fraud risk or shipped to freight forwarding companies will be canceled, and the associated payment fees will be charged to the buyer, as they cannot be refunded by Shopify.
As stated in my listings, all shipments over $200 REQUIRE insurance purchase and IS INCLUDED IN THE COST OF ITEM. I am committed to assisting customers with any shipping issues or delays. If an item is lost or damaged, I file a claim and work with the carrier to help secure reimbursement for the buyer. However, once an item is marked as "delivered," the carrier will automatically deny any insurance claims. After this delivery confirmation, responsibility for the item shifts to the buyer.
